Each dish is thoughtfully curated by chef Ariel Calabrese, highlighting the vibrant flavors of local produce and complemented by a carefully selected range of biodynamic wines. With its intimate and relaxed atmosphere, Restaurant Arnfeldt offers more than a meal,it is a refined fine dining experience in Denmark where every detail is designed to inspire, delight and linger in memory.
The food was delicious and interesting and the staff knew their way around the wine list as well and we enjoyed some great pairings during the course of the evening. Our room was also super cosy with a lovely view over the local duck pond and we had a great night’s sleep after our lovely dinner.
